Heart of Chelsea Animal Hospital

There is no better Animal Hospital in NYC than Heart of Chelsea. I have been taking my two dogs there for years and I honestly would not know what to do without the amazing staff from the front desk- to the Dr.'s - to the amazing Manager.  They have proved to me time and time again that they care about my pets as much as I do and they NEVER over charge me or charge me for things that are unnecessary like so many vets do.  The office manager is always available to take my call if I am concerned about something and even has just taken the time to talk to me in his office just to chat when once I was clearly overwhelmed with worry when one of my dogs was facing some health issues.  I live above another vet's office and I still go all the way across town to Heart of Chelsea whenever my pets need anything from shots to checkups to bigger health issues.  My one dog would not be alive today if it were not for the tireless care and efforts of finding a solution to her particularly odd issues.  Just one look at my little babies face looking up at the Dr. and licking her face and hands while she is getting her third enema which no one would enjoy is just one of the many physical examples of how much my pets love these people. 
Even when I was living in Puerto Rico I would not let any vet near my pets with out contacting this office and Heart of Chelsea was just as available and caring as if I was in their office and they were getting the payment.
